Everybody loves zombie crayons! Or is it just me?
carousel_thumb
Everyone knows that a pickle is just a zombified cucumber.
carousel_thumb
When there's no more room in Hell's pantry, the dead muffins will walk the earth.
carousel_thumb
Jimbo & Wheezy. Dead and loving it!
carousel_thumb
And here they are with their RV. This image (or the other one similar to it that I don't have in this gallery) should be showing up in the book "Zombie CSU: The Forensic Science of the Living Dead" by Jonathan Mayberry, due out sometime in 2008.
carousel_thumb
Just a random sketch of a crowd of zombies.
carousel_thumb
The first sketch I did for author D.L. Snell, to help promote his book "Roses of Blood on Barbwire Vines." This one was rejected because his zombie's tentacles were more octopus like, and the spare head was just too darned happy to see you.
carousel_thumb

The second sketch was closer, however by the stage where the zombies could sprout tentacles, they also repaired their injuries with a black, gummy/goo substance. Therefor, no hanging jaw.
carousel_thumb
The same with when they could grow extra limbs and heads.
carousel_thumb
Here's the final version that I did for him.
carousel_thumb
A random, strange sketch. More of a practice in texture than anything else. I call him Applehead.
carousel_thumb
The same with this one. A doodle that went someplace strange.
carousel_thumb
This is a reworking of a small sketch I made many years earlier. Still experimenting with textures and pencils.
carousel_thumb
Practicing a bit of white-on-black drawing. I used to be quite good at that.
carousel_thumb
Often I don't know why I draw what I do. This was one of those times.
carousel_thumb
He loves his job.
carousel_thumb
I would love to see a horror version of 'The Wizard of Oz'. One of you Hollywood people, make it happen.
carousel_thumb
This was the back cover art for a chap book called "Wandering Flesh" by John Hubbard and Ron Shiflet. I got my copies of the book, but never got paid. Oh well.
carousel_thumb
Story art I did for an issue of a web-zine called Dark Recesses Press.
carousel_thumb
The first of four illustrations that I did for the upcoming anthology "Fried! Fast Food & Slow Deaths" being printed by GravesideTales.
carousel_thumb
The second.
carousel_thumb
Third.
carousel_thumb
And the final illustration. As disgusting as my drawing is, the story is worse. Or better, depending on how you like your horror.
carousel_thumb
This is a reworking I did of Jared von Hindman's drawing "Aggressive Genital Display". It was done during a time when I had asked on my blog for people to send me something they had drawn so I could re-work it. I really like how this turned out, but I couldn't have done it without his original.
carousel_thumb

A doodle gone bad.
carousel_thumb
A VERY old colored pencil drawing of mine. Like... 1989? Old.
carousel_thumb
It must suck being Death's dog. He's so strict. On the other hand, all the food you could ever want. Just don't chew on him when he's sleeping.
carousel_thumb
This used to be the logo that I had at my blog. I like it!
carousel_thumb
This eventually turned into the zombie ribbon that I have for sale at my Cafepress store. I kinda like it a bit more like this.
carousel_thumb
He likes hugs. Neck hugs.
carousel_thumb
He's a happy guy.
carousel_thumb
Don't worry, he's not going to eat the kitty.
carousel_thumb
Young, evil overlord or snack?
carousel_thumb
Angry monkey clowns with knives count as monsters.
